Wavy Nails...continued!

I feel as though I should go on mystery diagnosis and therefore have been pondering two possible explanations so I would LOVE any thoughts! My nails have become increasingly wavy and I mean from cuticle to tip, horizontally. When people see them they ask if I'm a smoker because they almost appear clubbed (I am not a smoker). They've gotten a ton worse in the past year yet my toenails are unaffected. There is no pain or discoloration and they don't seem particluarly thin or thick, just normal. I've had a ton of bloodwork done and everything is normal. I have been taking vitamin D for several years as that level was low and I also take a prenatal vitamin as to help hair and nails grow...someone in a post mentioned not to take prenatal vitamins as a comment to a wavy nail question yet gave no explanation. My other contemplation is a fructan intolerance...my niece sent this to me as some research not necessarily about my nail issue though...thoughts??
