What could this be?

My 13 year old daughter has something that acts likes seizures, but is not. Symptoms are: Loss of memory, severe head & leg pain, shaking & loss of bodily functions. She has seen neurologist, but they found nothing, but also did not do an MRI that we pushed for. She has this(episodes) 1 or more times a day. Forgot to mention that loud noises make it worse & bother her, slurred or baby talk speech hard to understand, vision problems and she acts mentally retarded during these episodes.
