Has anyone else ever experienced this?
I have just realized today that this might not be normal. If someone accidently BARELY bumps me on the head my entire vision goes out for about 5 seconds. It comes back, but with a severe headache. I also get really dizzy and tingly constantly. I did not think to bring this up to my neurologist the last time I saw her. Should I be concerned? I am due for a spinal tap the beginning of march.

No, it is not normal and would be a good thing to bring up to your neurologist. Wish you luck on finding what it is.
