Repeatitive muscle twitch

I stopped working out a month ago, so neurologist says its because of that. But my left tricep has been twitching for almost 2 months now and it is extremely annoying. How can I stop this? Sometimes it calms down and I dont feel it, other times it goes crazy and I want to stab my arm.

Re: Repeatitive muscle twitch

Ask your gp to prescribe quinine tablets for a month and see if that helps.
