Anyone had these symptoms before?

For about a month now I have had numbness, tingling and hypersensitivity at times in my legs from mid calf to my waist. I was in the hospital for 4 days and they drew every test imaginable. I've had two emgs both negative, an mri of thoracic and cervical with nothing remarkable. I've had a ct scan of the brain. Nothing found. I'm 31 yrs old and I find myself falling frequently because the strength in my legs is gone. When I get up from my couch I have to rollover and do a push up to be able to stand because my legs won't work to get me up. I am now using a walker/wheelchair to ambulate. There is decreased sensation at skin level and pain in the muscles with what feels like electric bolts that jerk my legs every so often throughout the day. The doctors started me on gabapentin which has not helped and cymbalta which they say is for nerve pain too. So far nothing is working. I have taken a leave from work and am not sure where to go next for help. Has anyone experienced this before?
