not sure what my mri results mean

i got MRI results today and it says:

L1-L2 centran canal and neural foramina are patent

it says the same thing for L2-L3, L3-L4.

L4-L5 central canal is patent. Disc osteophyte complex and facet hypertropic change results in moderate left and mild right-sided neural foraminal narrowing.

L5-S1 prominent endplate osteophytes indent the ventral thecal sac and mildly narrows the central canal. Disc osteophyte complex and the facet hypertrophic change in mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.

Impression: mild bilaterial neural foraminal narrowing L5-S1. Mild to moderate left sided neural foraminal narrowing L4-L5 with mild right sided neural foraminal narrowing L4-L5
