Hands shaking

I have been having shaking in my fingers and sometimes my whole hand. It seems to be worse early in the morning. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it? I'm 64 years old.

Re: Hands shaking

I'm 61 and you described me exactly. Mornings if I have to text, I have to use one finger cause my hands are shaking so bad. I asked my doctor the other day what it could be and he said it was tremors or something like that. He didn't seem all that concerned about it. Guess we just have to live with it.
