Why would i have a reduced Median H-reflex?

Tried looking it up online and cant find it anywhere. I had a emg done and it came back saying i have Ulnar nerve entrapment in elbow and i have Reduced Median H-reflex.

Does anyone know why i would have a reduced Median H-reflex? I know it has something to do with Spine to muscles but if it is reduced, does it mean i have a problem in neck.?

Both are also Bilateral..
