| Please review symptoms for similar experiences
I have been dealing with the following symptoms for approx. one year:
Tightness around my throat, anterior neck muscles
occassional numbness in my left cheek
a feeling of globus or phlegm constantly in my throat
mild dizziness
mild shortness of breath on occassion
general fatigue
a strong sensation of pressure in head, around my eyes and my neck
The most pronounced symptoms are the tightness in the throat area and the feeling of phlegm in the throat. They are with me 24 hours a day.
I am otherwise and have always been healthy. The only event that occurred around the time that the symptoms started was that I had to take the rabies vaccine series for exposure to a bat in July, 2003. The symptoms, while not painful, are very disturbing and have started to distract me almost constantly. I am also somewhat depressed because I have been to 2 neurologists and my regular family physician with no concrete diagnosis.
If anyone has experienced this or knows a good physician in the North Carolina area that you would recommend, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
