I have known to have CMT since I was 16, but i've noticed since i've turned 21 i am a little shakey. Can CMT cause this? it's like im always nervous or something.

yes, very much so. You should research CMT more.

My husband has this and he has been known to be shakey at times. But, he has been working out a lot and he has gotten better. He's worked out off and on in the 13 years that we have been together and I've noticed a difference.

I started showing symptons of CMT at age 26, was diagnosed 14 years ago! I do wear 2 AFO's however I am still doing great. I too have realized the more I workout the better I do. Especially strengthening your core muscles.
