Im still trying to fine out what this problem is ..ok when i make a sudden move or get scared or help to walk in front of alot of people my whole body will tense up like a big spasma it will start in my feet an go all the way to my limbs on both sides of me an my face will spasma up to if im holdin something like food tray i will drop it because my arms will curl up like im flexin my muscle.......my whole body will how this spell for about 10 seconds an if will come back all day at anytime of the day at least 20 times a day.......an it not like a muscle cramp or charley horse my whole body will stiff up ....it not stage fright or not with anxiety becuse i have taken all drugs for anxiety an does not work but when i try depakote it work 90% of the times .....by the way it all started at the age of 15 now im 31 and it gotten a lot worse.......but the doc took me off of depakote because of side effects my scull make popping sound when i have this spell SOMETIMES.....can somebody please help me PLEASE.....i will see a vanderbilt neurologist this again maybe he find it an i will tell everybody what it is thanks help please...........................
