| Stabbing pain when stretching
Hi everyone- I'm wondering if anyone can give me insight into this problem or direct me to the right category on these boards.
Often when I get up I have the urge to stretch my arms over my head- lately when I'm stupid enough to do this I get a stabbing pain that literally takes my breath away in my sternum right through to my back. That spot in my back hurts for hours after. Has anyone had this happen to them? I do have a history of FMS and shoulder ligament repairs.
