I use CoQ10 400 mg; alpha Lipoic acid 200 mg, riboflavin (B2) 100 mg, L-carnitine 500 mg (though currently out), and Vitamin C. I erratically take Fish oil and Vit E. Not sure any of it is doing anything, but I still take them. there are deals with some of the online vitamin companies (buy 2 get 3 free). I havent asked for a prescription, I dont even know if the CoQ comes anything but OTC. I havent taken creatine before, but thinking of trying it.
I find that I am more tiered if I am not busy. Sit down for a coffee or smething and it hits me and takes 10 -20 min. to get going again. It is a great disease for meetings as you can sleep through them with not problem except getting poked by your wife.
I have taken coq10 for 2 years off and on and quite lately because I heard it contributes to weight gain. I also had some side effects but I can't say it is dreaming. If I take it again I will watch for that. From some of the things I have read I don't have it as bad as some. My eyes bother me the most but can see pretty well except for reading when I need glasses.
