Hand and arm rapid movments

Hi,
I am not sure where to start. I was initially ignoring this since I am always stressing. I stress during uncomfortable social situations, issues at work or home. In last few months I noticed that my right arm and hand twitch and move in a weird way, from time to time I found myself squeezing or rapidly opening my fist, or shaking my hand. Besides the stress I noticed that every time my hand makes that weird move I feel guilty of something I said in the past or few seconds ago. English is my second language and most of the time I feel guilty of saying something wrong, or irrelevant to the conversation. I donít feel any weakness in my muscles but that doesnít mean itís not the next step. I am afraid of MS or ALS. I know that I should see a doctor, and I will as soon as we come back from our vacation. Has anyone experienced this sort of abnormality?
Thanks for help.
Bart
