Unhappy Falling UP Stairs and eating

I am currently being tested to see if I have Myotonic Dystrophy 2. I have noticed that I fall up the stairs quite often. In the past 3 months I have fallen 3 times. I think thats a lot considering most people fall down the stairs. Its mostly when I can't see where I am going (carrying something at work). Also, I notice that when I eat sometimes I forget how to swallow. Other times I get food to the back of my throat and then panic and breathe in, therefore inhaling my food. Today I had both of these things happen to me. Scares the living daylights out of me as to me it just points more to my weakness. I have a muscle biopsy in Mid september so hopefully we will figure this all out.

Do you all notice these things?
