 neck pain and bulging discs
I had an mri performed in 1996, it showed i have 3 bulging discs, and i have been having a great deal of pain, that gets worse with time. my neck is now drawing to my chest, and i have constant tingling and numbness in both arms and hands. i am scheduled for another mri in a couple of weeks, i need to know what kind of activity i should limit myself to, i work, and i am on concrete all day, i am not able to do much since it is difficult for me to even raise my head, this time my pain and stiffness has lasted for a week, i need some good advice .
