Post my sore knee
MY knee feels like it gets stuck between the cap and i can hardly move my knee my knee swells right up and there is no infection but ohhhhhhhhhh the pain is terrible and i have to use crutchesi had xrays that did not show up anything so i dont know whats causing it
could it be ligament damage
