| Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome???
Sister, 58, developed NMS in 2003 from a combination of Haldol and Litehum. 2008 she developed a pattern of falling, We later learned that the entire left side of her body becomes paralyzed, thus the falling. I have been told that it is not NMS because of low CPK. Last week her body went into severe muscle spasms, total out of control and very painful. Once the medical has subsided, she then hallucinates visually and auditory and becomes agitated. When asked the date, president, name etc. she can tell you. Last week I notice small irrigular blister on her knee and hand and a scar on face that is dark,large and cracking. Has anyone heard of the above systems. Doctors can't tell me what is wrong with my sister. Lee
