bugs crawling under the skin

Hi I have peripheral neuropathy and I have pain in my feet, pins and needles and numbness. My hands too. I have digestive isuues that I am not sure if they are related, muscle spasms in my ribs. and my calves. Trouble walking at times. bone pain and muscle pain. That I didnt know could be related until today. But a new symptom has cropped up in my right foot. I feel like bugs are crawling all over a certain part of the bottom of my foot. It feels so creepy, is there any thing I can do about it? I take gabapentin for it. I used to take Lyrica but it stopped working and they were unwilling to up the dose.
