it's good that you have been able to start a quest for answers.
that is brave right there. your symptoms sound very upsetting.
have you had a chance to see a neurologist? if not, get a consult as soon as you can, because when a specialist looks at a condition they can often find the answers a bit more quickly than your general doc. otherwise, i'd say the things you describe would lead me, if i were in your shoes, to a web site about multiple sclerosis. check the web, visit the library, and above all, see that doc. eventually your symptoms will sort themselves into a mode of treatment, much like the "sorting hat" of the Harry Potter movie sorted the children into their "houses."
