questons about upcomming nerve graph sergery...

in april i damaged my perevial nerve in my right leg and cant move or feel my foot due to a football injury, along with tearing my ACL LCL and PCl. my ortho said i would have a sergery that he refered to as a "graph". basically what he said was that if would get the pulses from my brain to pass the damaged part of the nerve to my foot. i basically dont know too much of what is going to happen. oviously cuz i dont even really know what the surgery is called. if anyone has a info about the surgery please inform me.. just need a lil information about it. thanks
