Hello all! I am new to this site and hope you all can help me. Over the past year I have had a numbness/tingle feeling in my feet. I would say its like a tingle since my feet dont fall asleep. I am not in pain but its sometimes just annoying. Around the same time I also started getting a buzzing/ringing sound in my right ear. For the most part this is a low sounding noise but its starting to get to me. I am a 32 year old male who has been really healthy until these symptoms started. Do you think these symptoms are related?

I have seen 2 ENT's last year who didnt see anything. They didnt take xrays and basically told me to deal with it. In 11/05 I had a CBC Blood test which came back in good shape. My Dr. asked me to get an MRI which also came back showing no issues with my Brain. I was then sent to a Neurologist who ran a number of Nerve tests. The tests didnt reveal anyhting and they said I dont have any Nerve Disease. I am now starting from scratch. Can these symtoms be Lyme Disease? Would any of my previous tests revealed if I did have Lyme or another disease? Any other ideas?
