I too cannot see any sort of a possible connection between the two either??he really does need to see his primary for an initial eval and then be referred to an ortho doc for more in depth evaluation and MRI.or he could actually have the MRI done thru his primary.Did this arm actually recieve any sort of injury at any time?does he have any actual pain or weird sensations anywhere else in his body with special emphasis on the neck or upper back area?this definitely is not GERD related.wow,thats a new one.He does need this evaluated soon,something has to be causing these types of symptoms,this just doen't "happen' without some sort of a reason,or trigger.please help himget to a good doc and please let us know just what he finds out,K?marcia
