Hello all! I am rather new to this site and hope you all can help me. Over the past year I have had a numbness/tingle feeling in my feet. I would say its like a tingle since my feet dont fall asleep. I am not in pain but its sometimes just annoying. Around the same time I also started getting a buzzing/ringing sound in my right ear. For the most part this is a low sounding noise but its starting to get to me. I am a 32 year old male who has been really healthy until these symptoms started. Do you think these symptoms are related?

I have seen an ENT's recently and all he said is my hearing isnt as good in one of my ears. They didnt take xrays and basically told me to deal with it. In 11/05 I had a CBC Blood test which came back in good shape. My Dr. asked me to get an MRI which also came back showing no issues with my Brain. Should I have an MRI also doen on my Spine. I was then sent to a Neurologist who ran a number of Nerve tests. The tests didnt reveal anyhting and they said I dont have any Nerve Disease.

Any ideas what this could be? Could this be serious?
