Volts in my head - Neuropathy Message Board

For a long time I have been having painful volts in my head that come and go. It happens several times a month, on no particular time. I was just hit by one a few minutes ago and the pain lasted for about three minutes, so bad all i could do was hold on my head and breath in slowly.

I've been to a nuerologist and explained to him that I have these volts, and they sometimes go into my arms and hands, but he said "well the test don't show anything, so there's pretty much nothing I can do".

come on, no one gets volts in their head for nothing

I had an MRI of the brain and upper back to check for nerve compression, disc disorders etc.

I had a EMG (those needles hurt) and the test they do before the needles where they tape on electrodes and zap you

I had a nerves electrical conduction test. No needle (I specially ask for no needles) They shocked me every where!

After that the tingling and shaking of my chest, hands and legs even stronger and worse.

I haven't know my result yet. I'll post here after 07/03/06.
