can't stop moving!!!

when i am not twirling my hair, i am shaking my legs.

when i am not shaking my legs, i am wringing my hands.

i have even started making humming noises in my throat that my parents hear, but i can't.

i also click my tongue against the roof of my mouth and sometimes suck my tongue.

and, my right shoulder twitches up and down. (think it could be back problems)

WHAT IN THE WORLD?

i cannot sit still. i feel like there is a constant energy in my body.

please help!

thank you,
kathryn

Re: can't stop moving!!!

I'm not sure about the throat but I have problems being still all of the time. I can't even sit a watch a 30 minute TV program without getting up.

Sometimes, I will wake up at night and I'll be so fidgity that I have to walk the floor, take my med, wait until it begins to work, and go back to bed.

It's a terrible feeling; I wish I could tell yor what to do that would help but I don't know. I only know what helps for me. I just have to wear myself out sometimes.

Hope things get better for you soon,

BlueSky
