Bone and joint dr - Neuropathy Message Board

I went to a bone and joint dr a few weeks ago and he did a reflexe test on me and he left the room and came back and set next to me and said I don't mean to alarm you but I can't help you it's not a bone that I can fix..your reflexes are abnormal your going to have to see a neurologist and He told me to go back to my reg dr for him to refer me to a neurologist will the paper he gave me to give to my reg dr said dx multiple neuropathy does anyone might know what he meant by this??? I hurt so bad in my neck and upper back.down my arms sometimes and legs hips and lower back..I burn and hurt so bad in my upper back if anyone knows what this means please let me know thanks

I hope I make sense here,,Iv'e been crying all day,,I had to go back to my reg dr today I started getting numb tingling feeling at the tip of my nose all the way down in my jaw and chin area he said it's part of what ever is going on with me,,that I have to try to make it to sept 4th to see the neurologist he said I should take off work untill then I said know I can't do that I need the money but I told him I do need a note for today so I can file it under FMla so I wont get points will he wrote me One when I got out to the van it said seen in office Aug 24th return sept 5th how can he do that when I told him I didn't wont to be off work now I can't turn it in and I will get 3 points for not having a note,I'm so tired of all the pain and hurting I'm going through he did put me on clorazepate with all the other meds I'm on for pain but clorazepate is a nerve pill I guess with sorry for all the fussing I'm doing guess I just need to get it out thanks all
