I have noticed a good amount of peripheral neuropathy threads here but i just wanted to throw mine in to see if i can get directions to go in etc.
For years now i have had nerve pain, so much i dont work anymore cause i cant old a job down without having to phone in sick and loosing it. Dosnt make a reliable worker this at all.
Over the past 2 years i have been heading down hill. I now cant feel any sensation in my back, just between my shoulders and the prickling is spreading and really irrating. I also have no circulation in my feet and if i so much as bruise myself then i am in severe nerve pain in that area after.
I am saying this here because i have been to a neurologist at the start of the year and had an xray which showed muscles spasming for no apparent reason that was before i lost all feeling there. He said i was normal. I am irate about this as now i have started noticing over the last few months my index finger and little finger nail have stared to curve downwards. I seen it was tied to the nerves and respiratory problems i have to.
how do i get my doctor to listen and at least perform a test on me! i cant get ant sort of solid answer apart from Pn for anything.
will it get any worse cause i aint getting any better?
will i end up immobile and be forced to work and i cant! i tried before and had to go back on the stupid social here.
Just really had enough of everything, I am sure you all have to but see loads more have insight and treatment here.
