Omega 3 and/or Flaxseed oil
The current so called "wonder drug" is Omega 3 fish oil. I have been taking 3000 mg a day for about a year to firstly help me with skin problems that I have but more broadly to help me with general well being. Whilst it is hard to know whether it has made a difference, I do feel healthier, whether thatâ€™s in the head or not is another matter.
One simple question, should I be taking flaxseed oil as well or instead of Omega 3 for general well being. Someone said that Flaxseed oil has everything that Omega 3 fish oil tablets have plus more. Is this is correct or is taking Flaxseed oil basically overkill?
