Numbness

I am wondering if anyone has received therapy for numbness. I am
terrified of fallying down. I have to use a walker when leaving the house.
Any input will be appreciated.

Re: Numbness

Hello Carolynn, I had a appt. with the surgeon in S.F. CA, Im having the surgery 4/2/08, Im very excited, he thinks I have a 80% chance of getting some major relief. He is doing a nerve release on my right ankle and if it works we will do the left. People interviewed in post op can actually feel someone tickling threre toes. These interviews are in cities where they have institutes, and are done by major networks like NBC,CBS etc. Have you looked it up and researched it? Its very exciting stuff. Ill let you know how the surgery goes, I cant wait. Remember its the Dellon Institutes.

I have heard of some PN'ers with balance problems doing physio therapy to help to compensate for the damaged nerves.
