Noticed no answer on this one. I have the same symptom, more noticable when resting or relaxed. If active it seems to go away. Have had Lyme several times, potentially have it again. Could also be anxiety related. No weakness or coordination loss (thankfully). Search the posts, there are many strings with similar symptoms. I think we all figure we have ALS or something horrid. That sure increases the anxiety.
