Neuropraxia

I posted a thread about the phlebotomist hitting a nerve in my arm yesterday and got no replies. Today I went to the dr. again and they said that it's neuropraxia. They seemed to think that maybe she bruised the ulnar nerve. Does anyone have any experience with this? My concern is whether this is something that will resolve on it's own.
Many thanks,
and God Bless,
Michelle
