I have tingling in my upper back, just to the right of my spinal cord, at the level of the bottom of my shoulder blade. The whole area is also numb, I can feel pressure, but not pain if the area is scratched or poked. It started 7 years ago immediately after the birth of my first child. At the time I thought it was related to the epidural. My doctor doesn't know what it is, but it hasn't spread. (my other neuropathies are peripheral).
