| Help need - numbness in foot relating to prolapsed disc
Hello all,
This time last year, I proplapsed a disc playing football. Intially the pain was just a stiffness and I wasn't walking well, however 2 weeks later I fully prolapsed my disc. The pain was excrutiating and was shooting down my right leg.
The pain started subside over the next few weeks but i was left with a numbness/tingling/pins and needle in the right foot. I have now lost the relfex in my right foot and cant run at all.
I have been to see a physio, osteopath etc and while it has helped to an extent, I still am left with the numbness, (my right foot and ankle in parts os actually constantly cold).
Does anyone know from experience if this feeling can be reversed, albeit needing to consult with a Neurosurgeon etc.
Any help/tips/advice anyone can give me, it would be much appreciated!!
Thankyou!
