| Right heel , left leg pain
Good Day,
I have issues one with my right heel. It is on the left side of the
heel. It is most painful walk. It is worse bare foot. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have not been to the Dr.
Also I am awaking at night with severe pain in my left leg. It runs hip
thru the entire left leg. One sympton is a full bladder.Moving the leg
and turning over does relieve the pain with trips to the bath.
During sleep my arms and legs fall asleep I shake them and continue on
wtih rest.

I have purchased two new pairs of walking shoes. In the heel it
does not make a difference. Sitting I feel a tingle in my foot.
