Leg Cramps - Neuropathy Message Board

Hi Everyone,

For the last 3 months I have been having cramps in my right calf (charlie horse)3 times a week and now its going into my groin area,lower back right, in the bottom of my foot sharp pain along with numbness and tingling.In the last month its going into my right arm also.I don't know what is causing this.I would love any info. if this has happened to you what was the Dx's.

sound slike you have a pinched nerve I thought lower back until you said arm pain as well I'm thinking it might be in your neck. Maybe a bad disk in the neck.

As for leg cramps I have those from a pinched nerve in the back sciatica. I tried everything the three things I have found that work and help are 1. Apple cider vinegar take a swallow and drink a whole glass of water. Leg cramp pills at the pharmacy there over the counter tonic water does the same thing and last but not least lidoderm numbing patches on the calf itself this helps me the most but I had to get a prescription.
