james when i first was diagnoses with neuropathy mt=y toes burned a lot my big too hurt some there was no gout but it might be in your case the rest is neuropathy the burning, tingling and dullness the ice does releive short lived though i am on a medicince called neurotin 300 mg 3x a day it relieved the symptons, also a cream gel type called analgesic cream these are by [prescrition you need t see your dr to have him check your feet for the neuropathy....... any questions dont hesitate to ask i have the neuropathy in my hand and feet and wlbow for almost 2 years and am just now starting to get relief from the meds because my first dr ignored me i went to another one that would listen............
