Pain Relieving cream - Neuropathy Message Board

Tonight I purchased something I found at the drug store called "Diabet Aid" It claims to be a pain and tingling relief lotion containing Capsicum oleoresin. Anyone tried this or similiar ointments or creams with any results. Is this stuff harmful? I am so desperate for relief of my pain I am ready to try anything. I'll let you all know what I think after I try it.

Thought I would answer my own post so you all will know what the results of the pain relieving gel was. - Zilch! I could not feel any "warming" effect at all and the cream had too much "perfume" for my liking. I have been rubbing CVS own brand of a sports cream on my legs at night cause the warming effect covers the pain and I can get to sleep.
