Losing movement in right hand. HELP...

I have been suffering loss of extensor control in right digits and esp thumb. I have had CT, MRI, and conductance testing, and the doctors, Ortho and Neuro don't have any answers. I am an Occupational therapist, guitarist, and outdoorsman. I am looking for help any where I can find it. Thanks.

All your tests normal?

Did you got an EMG with your NCV?

Any other symptoms?

My non-medical opinion(I'm not a doctor).

If it's that localized, without any other symptoms, or symptoms elsewhere, it could be something "local" like a pinched nerve.

There are a lot of conditions that could cause that, but most of them show some other symptoms.
