Capewind Member (female) Join Date: May 2011 Location: Barnstable Posts: 58	Learned about flare ups the painful way Now I know when the pain moves from 4-5 to 8-9 then pain management is vital. After four days of hell, I am taking some Ultram. I can handle pain with ways I have learned but if this is what a flare up, I need to take care quick. Goods news is flare up means should flare down, right?!
