Woke w/a Huge Cramp in Calf Muscle, Now Barely Walk? Suggestions?
So this morning I woke at about 4am with a Huge Cramp in my left calf muscle. It was pretty painful. Eventually it stopped and I went back to sleep. Woke up couple hours later and found to be painful to stand up on it, much less walk. Eventually the pain kinda went away so now I can walk but limping. Hurts a little when i touch the muscle. So now I am limping everywhere I go.
My question is, how can I remedy this so I can start walking again? Also, why did this happen? I occasionally get cramps but this is the 2nd time I got a big one to the point I'm limping and cant fully walk. (The first time was about 2-3 yrs ago after I left the gym, so painful I could not drive! had to get a ride and I was limping for a several days/one week).
