Cramping Hands
I have SFN, it is my feet, hands & my face. My question is with hands. They hurt so much day & night. They cramp right up . Once I wake up I pull the fingers apart. I hope this does not progress! Does anyone else have this? I am worried they will not open up & stop working. Thanks June

I have SFN and have had cramping in my feet and hands. For me it has gone away mostly. Keep plugging along.
