I am wondering when I srain to defacate still don't get relief from lower ab pain can't sit to long, gastro said neves not coordinating in pelvic floor. Wondering if this is caused from my neuropathy,also developed abnormal balance issues and seem to react before my mind tells me to and also have sort term memory loss like in the middle of doing things
