Question Progression to arms?

Hi all: This is a great post place to get ideas and advice! I have had peripheral neuropathy for about 2.5 years, first excruciating pain and sensitivity in my feet (could hardly stand to wear shoes). Next, leg heaviness. And, always, always that mono-like tiredness.
Now I have tingling in my arms and feel like there is a slight tremor. Could anyone tell me if you think this is the next thing or if you have similar what you have been told and what you do about it. I feel fortunate, when I read some others, that I am largely able to function okay. Just have to monitor my activity and so forth. The arm thing worries me though. Thanks and God bless us all! amy
