Hard to breath and tightness

Does a hiatal hernia and or gerd make it difficult to breath like there is a rope tightend around your stomach? And causing you to swallow air causing a lot of bloating and dry mouth. And is there any link to sinuses and blocked ears causing ringing and disequilibreum and constant phlem in throat. Which
It feels like I can't cough up or clear my nose because lack of diaphram presure please tell how to remedy this! It's been a year now if this is what's causing that causing great anxiety ! And my upper back and shoulders and neck all
Hurt I presume to be from chest breathing I need an end to this !Also a tightning of throat when swallowing. Feeling full after eating a few bites. And constant thirst please hiatal suffers only.
