Vitamin b6 toxicity

Hello, I am in need of an advice.

Recently I've suffered from what it seemed to be severe fatigue and hormonal disturbances and my doctor prescribed me a Neuromultivit medication which contianed a WHOOPING 100mg of b1 200 mg of b6 and 0.20 mg of b12 (had to be taken 3 times a day) and I compeltely panicked when my symptoms wouldnt go away, and instead worsening. I was taking in total of 600mg of b6 and 300 of b1 and when i realised it I stopped the medication right away. Also it caused horrible acne on my chin, possibly tension headaches, aka a horrible pressure on my temples which would make me unable to focus. I've only taken it for 2 weeks.

Its been 3 days since I didnt take it and instead for the vitamin deficiencies that i have, I got a supplement which contains all the vitamins 600 μg Acid folic, 4,2 mg Vitamin B1, 4,8 mg Vitamin B2, 6 mg Vitamin B6, 3 μg Vitamin B12,18 mg Acid pantotenic, 21,6 mg Niacin, 150 μg Biotin.

My question is should I still take it if it contains 6mg of b6? Or should I avoid all b6 including foods and stuff?

I need an asnwer asap, I appreciate all the advice.
