Hi I have a question that I hope somebody (anybody?) would know the correct answer to. So here it goes:
Im underweight and trying to gain weight. Im about 5'7" and 108ish.. I have been reading that it is unsafe to put on more than 2-3lbs per week, but if I have a body fat percentage of 12.5, does it really matter how fast the pounds do come (if they ever do)? Ive read that the normal body fat percentage is atleast 20% for women. So what do you think? Any advice? Thanks in advance!
