My doctor suggested that I try cutting out some refined sugars, so today I tried it and I am majorly tired. This morning, I had some oatmeal and an apple and for lunch, I had two pieces of 100% whole wheat bread with Carb Options Peanut Butter (made w/Splenda) and I ate some cheese slices. Now I am very sleepy! Is it because I am haven't had enough sugar or something??
Still way to many Carbs.. You need more protein to balance your meals.Your probably still producing to much Insulin and thats why your probably sleepy/tired...
