| | Too much fiber!
I know for a fact that i eat too many fiber-filled foods, and i Hope tahst teh only cuase for my constipation problems, which went form bad to mild when i started a more balanced diet.
I am a vegatarian, and im lactosintollerant, i eat meatand meat-ish products + peanutbutter when i can, and i take lactos enzym pills so i can eat dairy, but i still eat alot more fiber than i should.
Is there anything i can do to make the fiber effect me less, like drinking more liquids maybe?
