Hi everyone, My name is Corey. I used to weigh 358 Lbs. now I weigh 165 Lbs. I am 6'1" male 21, I have been dieting for a year. I diet all week even though my family tells me that I am thin enough. I don't eat in the day because I work and am busy, but I have a Grapefruit before I go, like at 12:00 pm and I don't eat dinner till 8:00 Pm, and at 8:00 I eat just vegetables and some nights I will have a regular meal, I am a little afraid to have certain things, like tonight I want Chinese take out Pork Lo Mein and Pork Fried rice, a quart each. I didn't eat all day, just a Grapefruit. I can't gain right? also I do some running after all my meals and I walk around the blocks and do some Cardio workouts, so it's ok right? My biggest fear is being 300 again.
